Make neil.godfreylabs.com a working public agent demo

activeStarted May 8, 2026

Outcome

Make neil.godfreylabs.com a working public agent demo — a chat anyone can visit, ask questions about the work, and get accurate, on-brand, useful answers. The chat is the proof for the AI, agent, and declarative LLM programming work; the site is where it lives.

Evidence of done

A visitor can ask 'what has Neil been working on?' / 'tell me about the DeFi project' / 'what's the stack?' and get accurate, in-voice, useful answers. At least one outside conversation has referenced the URL. A friendly contact has reviewed and given feedback. No embarrassing answers in the trial period.

Method

(1) Privacy review of the corpus, strip or relocate sensitive content. (2) Write 10–20 representative questions, run them through the chat, score for accuracy + voice. Save baseline. (3) If the baseline is poor: tune the declarative LLM responder module, light prompt work. (4) Quality bar met → share the URL with a friendly contact and a few outside readers, ask for feedback in real conversations.

Stopping conditions

Abandoned if quality cannot be brought above an 'I'd be glad to share this' threshold within 2 weeks. Revised if a specific question type (e.g., older logs) is the only failure mode — scope tightens to recent-only or adds chunked retrieval for older content.
