mood: shipping

Five fronts in one day. gl-defi DEX vertical live with API + digest. Academy wedge memo lands. gl-ilts trust-leak fixed. PageIndex evaluated and parked. Vault scanner finally talks to macOS paths.

Worked on

  • gl-defi DEX vertical — mart_dex_volume + /v1/dexs API + digest DEX sections
  • Academy wedge memo — agent stacks with persistent memory for senior devs
  • gl-ilts coming-soon overlay (Track 3 trust-leak fix)
  • Gold officeholder layer + 4-hop graph projection
  • PageIndex (VectifyAI vectorless RAG) — full evaluation
  • Vault scanner: /mnt/c/... Windows paths → macOS-first
  • Declarative-module terminology sweep across 4 docs

Shipped

  • Academy wedge memo — edtech scan + audit synthesized
  • gl-ilts coming-soon deployed — was 404'ing every test load (api/ilts/* never built)
  • Gov-offices ingest layer — 221 offices, 224 officeholders, 222 distinct persons, activity rollups
  • 4-hop graph query Vendor→Department←Office←Person live on the graph
  • /admin/applications ops console
  • Vault scanner: 2987 files / 2920 nodes / 1790 refs on first clean scan
  • Locked the "declarative LLM" terminology rule

Got stuck

  • gl-ilts had been live serving 404s on every test load — the api.godfreylabs.com/ilts/* backend never got built. Coming-soon overlay was the right downtime-over-broken-pages call.
  • PageIndex multi-doc scaling acknowledged-broken by VectifyAI (fallback to FAISS); the $0 path requires undocumented Ollama routing
  • Stale jargon was scattered across docs — the CLI was already correct, but 4 doc spots were stale
  • 5 vault scanner errors on nested-collection frontmatter (manifestation/, defi/, prometheus specs) — pre-existing data issue, deferred

Tomorrow

  • Fix the 5 nested-frontmatter vault scanner errors (separate pass)

Notes

PageIndex: TRACK, not ADOPT. ThoughtWorks Radar Vol 34 = Assess (matches). Revisit 2026-08-05.

Two big graph commits — gl-lakehouse 55c8045 (gold + serving + API + digest extension), and 9428f16 (digest CLI DEX sections) on the platform side. API now exposes /v1/dexs + /v1/dexs/{name}.
