mood: compounding

Five arcs in one day. That kind of throughput only happens when the infrastructure pays off.

Biggest shipping day of the month. Five threads, each compounding on the last.

Pendle epic shipped. All 14 stories. Connected to the live data and synced 542 markets. Built catalyst auto-sourcing — new listings publish automatically, everything else queues for human review. Fully tested.

Tickers shipped on top of it. A new content type — an individual page for every token paiddaily.io covers, 254 in all.

Development process restructured. Made the canonical SDLC document the single source of truth across every project. Testing is no longer a separate phase — it's built into design and implementation. Ten phases collapsed to nine.

builddaily.io chrome overhaul. Masthead renamed to "Build Daily · by Neil Godfrey," added a dispatches widget, published a new post.

paiddaily.io admin push overnight. Pendle morning brief, Resources admin, command palette.

Notes

Each arc reused the surface the prior arc built. Pendle scaffolding made Tickers cheap. The SDLC pattern made the overnight admin push fast. Infrastructure compounds.
