mood: consolidating

Consolidation day. Event capture, identity hosting, DNS cleanup — the kind of work that makes tomorrow simpler.

Built an event-capture stack for builddaily.io — a lightweight API that catches chat interactions and brief submissions, with an admin log behind sign-in. The admin moved from its own subdomain to /admin on the main site. One fewer hostname.

Consolidated identity hosting across the Godfrey Labs products. Three brands had been running separate auth tunnels — collapsed to one canonical URL. Retired the standalone tunnel.

Cleaned up 8 orphaned DNS records from a product sunset. Small polish on paiddaily.io — cleaner numbers on the hero and a pace-of-claims signal.
