Narrowing the portfolio is a feature, not a concession.

Put YearlyPhotos on hold. The upload flow and smart-crop work from Sunday proved the tech is viable, but spreading across four active projects is diluting the energy that paiddaily.io needs right now. The Q4 launch window gives plenty of runway to come back to it.

On paiddaily.io, finished moving the last background jobs off the live request path — the cleanup that started yesterday. The dashboard now serves every page with no heavy work blocking it.

Catching up the daily logs on builddaily.io — three days behind. The public log being current is the whole promise of the domain name.
